Try eliminating ALL fruit and grains first. Blood sugar is the biggest issue for many people. Blood sugar that is not regulated just makes life miserable. The best rule is to eat proteins, carbs and fats ALONE. Keep them separated with enough time to digest. Ditch all condiments and use only light salt. ? Exercise every day. Drink green veggies. DO NOT EAT CARBS? WHEN SITTING EVER. (ONLY protein & veggies). I only eat carbs and fats immediately before, during and right after workouts.Feel great!

@ladykelsei It's all? about your diet so I'm not surprised you have diabetes. A lot of Americans and even kids have it. It's because you eat too much unhealthy stuff (fast food) and sugar. What did your parents pack for you for lunch? I've got news for you, they packed you sugar. Read the ingredients of what you buy. 1 major ingredient may be sugar! And how often do you drink soda (loads of sugar)? You can help yourself by eating more raw foods (salad, some fruits).

i have monitered my self for over a half year now an im pretty positive i have diabetes..im really scared an i've done my research on the disease itself an found that i have every symptom associated with the disease..i am 17 yrs old... i have talked to my parents numerous times an they haven't taken it seriously..an on top of that the expenses for an check ups are impossible? an are not in our buddget...healthy food is expensive so we cant afford it..please i need help an i feel im getting worse.

I have type two diabetes and I have no symptoms. I feel great. Some are immune to the disease. I have never felt better. People who have type two dont feel anything. These people are considered lucky. Indjlin plays an important part in the fight againt diabetes. The role is a factor. Diabetes factors in that if you exercise and take carei of yourself you wont feel the effects. It takes awhile but its worth it in the long run?

Please if you can get a one touch basic. it uses photometric testing and is the most accurate. They are no longer available but you can get them on e-bay. I was taken by ambulance because I had passed out from low blood sugar 32 but the ultra meter said 300 . I wear a medical alter bracelet to only test with serum blood no ultra meters! If? you have blood disorders ALL ultra meters are NOT accurate at all! call write to congress telling them to bring back the photometric meter
