life is all about muscles, bone will not move on its own nor will it crush your disc, and if it does, muscles is the culprit. the problem is so easy,? simply relax the muscles manually....

what good is all this information if they don't even mention "REFLECTIVE PAIN" back pain is reflective pain. if you bend over at 90 degrees, the back muscles are stretched and the front muscles have to contracted. if you do this often enough, and you do, the back muscles are over stretch...would that not over stretch the tiny muscles that support the spine near and around the disc? if you cant even explain this in detail to your? clients, what good is that degree?
